Completely flying in the face of logic, the first Booster Juice opened in Sherwood Park, Alberta in November 1999. How was anybody supposed to sell cold drinks in the middle of a Canadian winter?! As it turns out, the timing was perfect. People were ready for a healthy fast-food alternative, and there was nothing else like it at the time. And the fact that Booster Juice Smoothies are unbelievably delicious didn’t hurt!
